Important - diesel fuel must be stored in a container that does not allow UV (sunlight) to penetrate to the fuel. Storage of Diesel in sunlight can allow the growth of an algae "bloom" which has a damaging impact on diesel heaters. No such problem with the Black Eberspacher tank.
